Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and engage enterprise leads via phone, email, and social media
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate high-quality pipeline for Account Executives
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points around archival data, compliance, and cloud transformation
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities using HubSpot
  • Collaborate closely with marketing on lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies
  • Set meetings and demos for the sales team while meeting weekly/monthly KPI targets
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and the Azure cloud ecosystem
  • Act as a brand ambassador for CAEVES in early-stage sales conversations

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of inside sales, business development, or lead generation experience in a B2B tech environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar tools
  • Demonstrated interest in cloud computing, SaaS, or data infrastructure
  • Ability to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-up activities
  • Self-starter with a team-first attitude and entrepreneurial spirit

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience selling to IT, data, or compliance buyers
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud storage, or unstructured data use cases
  • Previous success in a high-growth startup environment
  • Understanding of lead scoring, qualification frameworks (e.g., Gap Selling, Sandler Selling)
