Marketing Operations Manager
We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager who will be the backbone of our demand generation, content execution, and alliance marketing initiatives. This role will oversee our HubSpot marketing automation environment, manage digital content workflows, and support partner marketing programs across key technology alliances.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations
- Own and administer HubSpot for marketing workflows, segmentation, lead lifecycle management, and reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and campaign performance
- Ensure data integrity across the marketing stack and collaborate with sales to optimize lead handoff processes
Content Management
- Manage the content calendar across web, email, social, and partner co-marketing channels
- Coordinate content production workflows, from concept to publication
- Maintain the digital asset library and ensure consistent use of messaging and branding
Alliance Marketing & Programs
- Collaborate with strategic partners (e.g., Microsoft, cloud resellers, systems integrators) to support co-branded campaigns and events
- Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) submissions, tracking, and ROI analysis
- Develop sales enablement collateral tailored for and with partners
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, preferably in a cloud software, SaaS, or data platform environment
- Proficient with HubSpot Marketing Hub (certification preferred)
- Strong project management and content coordination skills
- Familiarity with partner and alliance marketing strategies
- Analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a Microsoft Azure or data infrastructure ecosystem
- Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment
- Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and digital marketing tactics
