Microsoft Alliance Manager
We are looking for an experienced and driven Microsoft Alliance Manager to lead and expand our strategic relationship with Microsoft. In this role, you will develop and grow our presence within the Microsoft ISV ecosystem, Azure co-sell motion, and partner solution strategies. You’ll play a key role in driving joint go-to-market activities, aligning with Microsoft sales and partner teams, and scaling our business through Microsoft’s global reach.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Microsoft alliance strategy to deepen CAEVES engagement with Microsoft’s Azure, ISV, and AI programs
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Microsoft-related initiatives, including field alignment, co-selling, and program participation
- Build strong relationships with Microsoft Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Global Partner Solutions (GPS) teams, and Azure GTM leads
Ecosystem & Program Management
- Manage CAEVES’ participation in Microsoft’s marketplace, IP co-sell, ISV Success, and Founders Hub programs
- Drive alignment with Microsoft’s industry and workload priorities, especially in data, storage, and AI modernization
- Track and optimize program benefits, incentives, and co-marketing funding opportunities
Partner Growth & GTM Acceleration
- Identify and enable Azure cloud resellers, systems integrators, and managed service providers to drive joint solution selling
- Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to execute Microsoft GTM campaigns and events
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to Microsoft-influenced pipeline and revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in alliances, business development, or partner management, with a strong focus on Microsoft
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure ecosystem, programs (ISV, IP Co-Sell, Marketplace), and partner engagement models
- Proven track record of growing revenue through strategic partnerships
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working at or with Microsoft as an ISV or co-sell partner
- Experience in B2B cloud software, data platforms, or AI solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
