Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, professional technical support via email, chat, and video to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Serve as a primary technical point of contact for customers during onboarding, deployment, and ongoing use
  • Diagnose, replicate, and resolve product issues across the CAEVES Archive Data Lake platform
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges
  • Document known issues, troubleshooting steps, and best practices in the internal knowledge base and customer-facing portals
  • Guide enterprise customers through configuration, integration with Azure services, and data onboarding
  • Analyze logs, usage patterns, and telemetry data to assist in root cause analysis
  • Ensure customers achieve success and satisfaction while using the platform, serving as their technical advocate

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, or cloud operations role
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Azure Blob Storage, networking, and authentication
  • Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise environments, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid deployments
  • Experience supporting or working with cloud-native SaaS platforms
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to read and interpret logs, scripts (PowerShell), and basic diagnostic tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience

  • Understanding of data storage semantics, such as file system behaviors, data lifecycle policies, and archival storage strategies
  • Experience with logging/monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Splunk
  • Familiarity with compliance, eDiscovery, or data governance tools
  • Experience working in high-availability, mission-critical support environments
  • Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator or Azure Architect, or similar) are a plus
